Fun Things I'm Planning, Eating, Reading...

Hi! Hope you all had a great July 4th! I have a few kids watching “Jumanji” (the new one) right now so sending a quick update.

1. Our next Zibby Retreat will be in Scottsdale, AZ on November 1st - 3rd with some AMAZING featured authors including:

2. 4. Joselyn Takacs is currently on tour for Pearce Oysters, published by Zibby Books! She’s doing a special event tomorrow night with the Kauai Writers Conference, so log in and watch! (Sad I won’t be able to make it there this fall after all.)

5. On Monday, July 15th at 5 pm ET, I’ll be doing an event with author Deborah Goodrich Royce at the Ocean House in Watch Hill, RI. If you’re in the area (or feel like a trip), please come!

   

6. What I’m reading? The Close-Up by Pip Drysdale which comes out in December. So fun and escapist. Thoroughly enjoying!

   

7. What I’m watching at night? “Lego Masters,” season 4, with the whole family. Obsessed with this show.

   

8. What I’m eating? Found Jo’s Candies dark chocolate covered sea salt honey graham cracker minis at TJ Maxx. The bag is now gone. I am obsessed.

   

   9. What I’m planning? College visits for my 17-year-old twins. Camps. Events. More. Logistics hurt my brain.

10. Finally, what’s on our TV right now? Djokovic v. Popyrin. Who are you rooting for in Wimbledon?!

As for my mood (not that you asked), but I’m in major caretaking mode at the moment and a bit run down. But this is what we do, right!? Anyway.
